PhD in economics, author of over 30 scientific publications, lecturer and researcher at various universities in Poland and Ireland. His research interests include innovation and social policy, youth education, NEET youth, social business and entrepreneurship, social and financial inclusion. He is also interested in the field of startup economics and the importance of seed funding for new innovative organizations. Extensive experience in implementing projects financed by the EU, the National Bank of Poland and the National Center for Research and Development. Chairman of the Scientific Council of the “Consortio – Journal of Economics, Social Sciences, Law and Education”.

An expert in the non-governmental sector. For many years he worked in the management boards of international corporations in Poland, a long-term marketing director in listed companies, and currently works in the higher education sector and non-governmental organizations. He co-organized several conferences on regional cooperation as part of the Eastern Partnership initiative of the European Union. He managed projects in the youth sector, where his main interests are education and integration, ecology and sport. He organized and conducted events related to the social economy – conferences, seminars and workshops. He also has experience in project management within EU projects. Expert in sales and marketing, advertising and internet marketing, as well as social media activities (over 15 years in this field in business) that are needed in social projects and entrepreneurship.
